Variac Controlled Rectifier
Mak Plus Power Systems variac rectifier for galvanizing, which are extremely easy to use and durable structure, are appropriate solution for general plating operations like copper, nickel, chrome, hard chrome plating operations. The same ripple factor at all voltage levels allows plating to capture the quality standard. On manual on the system voltage settings are made mechanically but in motorized systems it can work both manual or automation. Variac systems can be produced fully automated and with process control automation systems and complies all kinds of automation systems. Mak Plus rectifier air cooled or Mak plus rectifier oil cooled versions are optional.
Manual System
This system the easiest to use as rectifier. User makes settings according to desired output current manually and can read the output current and voltage on the amperemeter and voltmeter on the device.
Motor System
Motor system, the device setting procedure is performed using only two buttons. As long as the user presses the button to increase the output current increases, when stops to pres it leaves the last value and the same procedure is done for reducing the current. User can read the output current and voltage on the ampere meter and voltmeter on the device.
Timer
Working time can be adjusted with the time counter on the device.Device starts to run when operator pushes start buton and the device automatically stops at the end of the process. The warning relay is pulled when the time is over. This relay can be connected to a bell or warning light. Thus, it would be easily understood that device has stopped.
Ampere/hour Meter
Ampere/hour counter can be used on Variac systems which allows device to work due to ampere/hour values instead of time. amperhour counter can also be used. Process automatically stops when reached to the desired ampere/hour. The counter counts all the processes in the bathroom so it can be easy traced when to add chemicals.
Automation Features
Variac rectifiers with motor system, can easily be connected to automation systems. PLC automation system from the system will be run with two relay contact is possible Process Control Features Variac device can be used with process control unit which allows different current and voltage values and lots of working programs.Fully auto working can be done on demand.Connection with communication Networks such as . Profibus DP, Modbus, Ethernet is easy to be done.
