MAK - FCW series are developped produced for charging high capacity batteries used in forklifts, electrical earth movers etc… and designed for both individual and industrial use.User friendly control panel and easy operating system are very practical. Since the device is electrically controlled, charging operation is very safe, easy and extends the battery life. Day-off charging function enables the battery fully charged when it is not used. There is no need for any adjustments with Plug and Run function and charging starts automatically when the battery is connected.
*It is not effected by power cuts.
*Stops automatically when the battery is disconnected.
* Doesn’t over-heat the battery, also suitable for old type of batteries.
*Battery heat control keeps the battery from over-heating.

Input Voltage: Single Phase 220 V / 2 Phase 380 V / 3 phase 3x380 V / 400V / 220V / 415V / 460V
Battery Voltage: 24/48/72/80/110 (exclusive design is made for non-standard voltage values)
Charge Current: 10 .. 300A
Battery Capacity: 50 .. 2000 Ah/ Special design for ovrer 2000 Ah
Charging System: Wa or WoWa charging characteristics, charges with charging program controlled by microprocessor.Keeps battery fully charged until changing the day-off mode
Charge Time: 6 to 10 hours (depending on battery capacity)
Power Control: The electromagnetic current-voltage control (WoWa)
Measurements: charging voltage and current, operating time, charging cut-off time, amper / hour, cell voltage, recording last 20 charging process values
System Protection: extreme heat Transformer, extreme heat over current semi-conductor, low network, high / low battery voltage, battery connection error
Charge Control Parameters: Max.charging time reach
Max. Ah value reach
Charging current falls below min. values
Not showing an increase for two hours of battery voltage and current
Battery voltage reach maximum allowable value
If these conditions are met the device stops normal operation and switches to the day-off mode
Display Indicators: Output current, output voltage, battery cell voltage, time, standby time, amper / hour applied to battery, over-temperature fault, non-working output fuse, manually stopped charging, the battery voltage is too high, too low battery voltage, excessive output current, day off charge is off, dayy of charge is on, the battery socket or device failure, charge is over, battery is read
